Where do I find UP products ?

UP woodcarvings are available worldwide in over 800 carefully selected and authorized dealers.  Please e-mail us and we will happily send you information on the nearest UP retail shop.

Can I buy UP carvings directly from your or your online shop ?

Our sales strategy is directed at our authorized dealers.  We are sorry but we can not sell directly to the retail (private) customer.

How does one become a UP dealer ?
If you feel our products fit into your product line-up and you would like to become an authorized distributor, please fill out the form below.  We will immediately evaluate your application.  If you fulfill our criteria, we will contact you within 7 days.

What are your delivery times ?

In-stock items can be shipped immediately or at the customers requested delivery date.  Items to be carved will be delivered as soon as possible.

How can I pay for my order ?

We request that first-time customers pre-pay by credit card or bank transfer.  Returning customers terms are 30-days net from invoice date and may pay be credit card, bank transfer, or check/money order.

Is my order information safe and secure ?

Personal banking information is sent by SSL encryption and  only used for executing the current order.
